I'm not sure what is up with the docs, may be some
sort of format error. I was able to get some info:
pdl> ??dicom
rdcm Read a dicom image.
pdl> ?rdcm
Module Dicom.pm
rdcm
Read a dicom image.
$dcm = rdcm("filename")
Docs from
C:/asperl/site/lib/PDL/IO/Dicom.pm
Also, with
pdl> #perldoc -m PDL::IO::Dicom
...
