windows for 5.8 820.

Have you got the UUID-0.03 source ? ... or can you get it ?
If it builds on AS build 820, and you can get the source, I/we should be
able to build it for 5.14.2.
At least, I can't think of any reason that wouldn't work ... but we *do*
need the source.
