can point at a version that could be built on windows.
The html in the ppm package says that the version for windows uses a
native RCP library, so they could suggest how to apply changes to make
the build possible on windows.
Yes, that's probably the best chance of getting this to work.
Perhaps all that's needed is this "native RCP library". Do you know
what/where it is ?
