Those interested in the book -
I went to great lengths to clearly document the sorts of warts that one can
encounter when using PDL::PP, and one of those was dealing with misbehaving
C-style comments. Now that I've fixed that :-D, I decided to update those
comments and re-read my chapter. The comment updates are fairly minor.
However, in the process of writing the tests for the updates to PDL, I
encountered an issue that arises when you have "threadblock %{" in your
comments! So, I've added a few paragraphs about that, and how to avoid it.
As always, comments are welcome. Indeed, the best way to get me to write
more is to comment on the writing. (Hint hint).
