I know of no such wrapper. I have a shortage of tuits lately and will
not be able to write much code, but I could probably help out
answering questions for writing the PDL::PP stuff. Fortunatley, there
are already other PDL bindings to SLATEC, so there is some prior art
for interfacing with FORTRAN.
