Hi Eric- Please report the bug in Convert::UU. The CPAN Testers results show no failures of tests on any platform. As for PDL, are there any specific PDL test failures from Convert::UU?
I can't help you with LaTeX-PGF-Diagram2D but if you have any PDL bugs that come from that dependency, please do submit bug reports. See the BUGS file in the PDL distribution for the information needed to report or diagnose/discuss bugs/problems.
