The various ways to reset need to be covered
in the tutorial.  I don't remember seeing them.
(Or if I did, did not understand the relevance).

- set xrange, yrange by hand in the plot
- use $w->reset for gpwin()
- use $PDL::Graphics::Gnuplot::replot() for gplot
