That is a typographical error in PDL::Modules.  The documentation is sparse but 
present at (as you guessed) PDL::GSLSF::<whatever>.  The links from PDL::Index 
(e.g., http://pdl.perl.org/?docs=Index&title=PDL::Index ) are correct.

Now fixed in git.  Thanks for reporting the problem.
