Bah, it's a bug in my back-compat code. D-:

I just pushed something that I think should fix it. You can install the
just-patched version of PDL::Drawing::Prima with this:

cpanm git://github.com/run4flat/PDL-Drawing-Prima/PDL-Drawing-Prima.git

If you don't have cpanm, you can install it with this:

cpan App::cpanminus

Alternately, you can clone PDL::Drawing::Prima from the git
repository<https://github.com/run4flat/PDL-Drawing-Prima/>,
build and install it manually using
Build.PL<https://github.com/run4flat/PDL-Drawing-Prima/blob/master/README.pod#installation>,
and then continue with the installation of PDL::Graphics::Prima.

Sorry for the headache! I thought I had ironed out all of this.

  Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are,
