The current request for information re PDL use
has garnered about 30 responses in total. A
look at the PDL download stats from sf.net
shows:
PDL-2.007 - 152 downloads
PDL-2.006 - 449 downloads
So it is clear that there are many people who
have at least downloaded PDL as compared
to the number who reply. Sigh.
Good news: there are users of PDL!
Bad news: We need active users to accelerate
and guide PDL development
Still working on ways to make that happen.
Seems like the clean up work and solid
build for PDL core is a plus. We need to
extend that to all external PDL modules
and make use and docs more seamless.
