Heh, Neil, this is the main PDL mailing list. :-) I think I can speak for everybody on this mailing list that assigning PAUSE permissions for PDL to Chris is just fine, he is the current maintainer. He has carried that role for quite some time, and even if he were to move on from that role, I'm sure he would be responsive to future permission transfer requests.
