Yup - so much for the dire warnings about the Internet "going dark"... they're 
about to see the deployment of exponential numbers of devices where security is 
(if I'm optimistic) a "bolt-on", ad which will generate a constant stream of 
cloud-bound data, straight from your fridge/lightbulb/pants.

I thought DKG put it very pithily in Yokohama: "it's not that the Internet is 
going dark, it's that the agencies have been staring at the sun for the last 
decade or so" (not verbatim quote, apologies to DKG for any inaccuracy!)
