Adding OpenType tables to a font is not something that can be done by dummies. You should know what you're doing. For a start, try Microsoft's typography pages at <http://www.microsoft.com/typography/>. Information for font creators is available at <http://www.microsoft.com/typography/creators.htm>. Some gratis tools are available at <http://www.microsoft.com/typography/free.htm>.
