Hi people,
I have to turn parts of a rather lagacy application
into persian, and I esp. have problems with doing that
to the older parts of the software namely the cobol
runtimes that do not supports multi-byte charsets, any
suggestion, pointers or further reading on the whole
process, not only the harders parts as I mentioned?
