Silvia, I think that would be a good option. I have found that for pest ID and capturing images to share you don't need massive magnification but having more working distance is useful. You also don't need for this purpose UV, IR or other fancy options that make the dino-lites more expensive. Using any extra budget for a compatible stand would be nice. Best, Rachael
