Nicholas, That’s a good argument, and it has been uttered with some frequency. The issue has to do with the overly literal interpretation of the FIFRA (Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act). I think peace and sanity will break out across the globe before we see this Act revised in a manner that makes more sense (to us). In the meantime, the pests benefit.
