They are carpet beetle larvae.

Hope this finds you well! I have some textile object in the museum which is
affected by insect infestation. Can anyone help me identify the insect?
Please find attached the microscopic image of the insect, eggs image and one
image of the insect frass (not sure) but definitely some insect activity.
