Hi, Stuart

We have our walk-in freezer set to -35C. In regards to workplace safety and
cost, we do not have the freezer on 24/7 as others do. We turn on and off
per run. I don't have numbers for what the extra low temperature adds to
the electricity bill, but we decided to go that low because our freezer
cycles quite a lot and we wanted to keep the ambient temperature low enough
for efficacy the majority of the time even when it's cycling (going from
-35C to -20C). We keep materials in for a minimum of 72 hours.
