They are both female Calliphora. I can't suggest which species, as I'm not 
familiar with your fauna.
Where a number appear in a limited area, it is likely they have bred locally, 
perhaps in a bird carcass such as a pigeon. Blocked-up fireplaces are a common 
source of inaccessible (to us) bodies.
