In our Library we use a schedule of thorough visual inspection and freezing only those items we are concerned about. Sealing your items in appropriate plastic bags and allowing to come to room temperature inside the bag after the treatment should avoid damage by moisture/condensation. We had a bigger library here in south-germany who moved 2010-2011 with 4000 packing cases and we used nitrogen in big tentings.
