As some of you might know I've been looking for an SSH tool for Linux for ages. SSH from the commandline is fine but it doesn't remember hosts etc, and its all too easy to get mixed up between terminal windows and SSH sessions.

Anyway, I found this today:

.. which has its own Debian/Ubuntu repositories so its nice and easy to install and keep current. So far it looks quite good, certainly better than what I was doing before.

A nice touch is that you can configure different colour schemes so the important servers can all be made easy to distinguish from my own desktops!

It still only acts as a wrapper to the standard SSH client (and can pass parameters to it) so it's at least as flexible as that is.
