This does all sound very interesting and I'd be very interested to see
some of it demonstrated. You're certainly a very welcome newcomer!
I'm using Linux on the eeePC, Centos on the Laptops and on the vehicles
I'm using Arcom Vipers, PC104 processors running an Arcom version of
Real Time Linux, based on eCos.
I've not done much with RTL but its something I ought to learn more
about. a lot of what I do is in an industrial environment (although
realtime is rarely a requirement, to be honest).
