It may also be worth looking at all the sites linked to from

Note that Wordpress/Drupal would need some hosting, and as per my previous
comments I'd suggest this shouldn't be someone's personal hosting as people
come and go - I'd happily offer to host it myself but won't for that reason
(and also that if the sites aren't maintained then they risk other things on
the server). But again my comments carry no particular weight....
