We have now changed and sit around a board room table. I have a feeling this will help with inclusiveness, as there is always somewhere to sit and you are part of the group discussions immediately. I would be lying if I said we were now supremely organised and giving Powerpoint presentations... but I think we have changed enough that we deserve another chance.
