The Fourth Annual Conference on Communication Networks and Services
Research (CNSR 2006)
will be held in Moncton, New Brunswick, May 23-25, 2006 at the Delta Hotel
Moncton.
This annual conference is jointly sponsored by the Atlantic Canada
Opportunities Agency's Atlantic
Innovation Fund, Dalhousie University, Universite' de Moncton and University
of New Brunswick (UNB).
The proceedings from the CNSR2006 conference will be archived in the
IEEEXplore Digital Library.
CNSR 2006 is technically sponsored in cooperation with ACM and the IEEE
Communication Society.

Proposals for Tutorial/Special Sessions: January 5, 2006
Submission Deadline: January 5, 2006
Notification of Acceptance: February 3, 2006
Author Registration Deadline: March 4, 2006
Final Manuscript Due: March 4, 2006
ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE ELECTRONIC and should be uploaded through the CNSR 2006
website: http://www.cnsr.info. Hard copies will not be accepted.
TUTORIAL INFORMATION
Prior to the regular conference sessions, one-day tutorial or special
sessions will be offered
on May 22, 2006. Proposals for the tutorial or special sessions are
solicited from both industrial
and academic participants.
TECHNICAL TOPICS
Technical full papers, short papers and posters describing original
research in the field of
communication networks and services are invited. Topics and areas to be
presented at the conference
are listed below. However, papers outside these areas are also welcome with
a requirement that they
describe current original work, either theoretical or applied and have not
been published elsewhere.
Both industrial and academic contributions are invited.
