We would like to bring to your attention the upcoming 40th International Conference on Parallel Processing that will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, on Sep. 13-14, 2011. The International Conference on Parallel Processing provides a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry and government to present their latest research findings in all aspects of parallel and distributed computing. This year, the main theme of ICPP 2011 is “cloud computing” and we have received more than 350 paper submissions. ICPP 2011 only selects 72 papers and the acceptance rate is around 21%, which show the good quality of papers in ICPP 2011. ICPP 2011 offers an exciting programme of full papers and invited keynotes by leading researchers and a wide variety of tutorials and workshops.
