CALL FOR PAPERS
SpringSim'12 - CNS'12- In cooperation with ACM SIGSIM 15th Communications and
Networking Simulation (CNS'12) Symposium
March 26 - 29, 2012
Florida Hotel and Conference Center; Orlando, FL, USA
Communications and networking embody the heart and the nerve system of the
information technology - a technology that is profoundly affecting our
daily lives. Sometimes these networks can be formed in very complicated
shapes such as the user networks in Web2.0 social networking sites. For
web even the networks can be formed by the web pages through their
hyper links. This complexity makes modeling and simulation of networks a
challenging task. Soft Computing including fuzzy logic and multi agent
systems is used for Internet and network modeling.
Furthermore,Internet concepts such as cloud computing is the new and hot
research topic. Internet clouds are no longer visions for the future, they
are hosting the large amount of information of social networking web sites.
You are invited to submit full papers reporting original work to a forum
where experts from industry and academia meet and exchange ideas on these
topics. This international forum provides a bridge between the
communications industry and academic research laboratories.
We welcome papers describing design principles as well as applications
pertinent to communications and networks with special emphasis on modeling
and simulation. The accepted papers will be archived in conference
proceedings
and ACM DL.Papers are solicited in the following (but not limited to) area of
interests for peer review and presentation in the
conference:

Tutorials and Workshops
Proposals are also invited for tutorials and workshops on all
symposia-related topics to be presented at CNS'12.The proposals should
include the tutorial or workshop objectives, a brief description (500
words), an outline, proposed length (one-hour, two-hour, or four-hour) and
a one-page professional resume of the instructor. Tutorial and workshop
presentation materials (in PDF or MS PowerPoint format) and handouts (in
PDF, MS Word or MS PowerPoint format) are due by the camera ready due
date. For submissions and additional information regarding tutorials and
workshops, please contact the Chairs.
