Fixed the MatSeqBAIJSetNumericFactorization_inplace() on it was missing Don't know why MatMult_SeqSBAIJ_1_ushort doesn't work. I guess someone who cares like Jed will have to figure it out. Or maybe you have outdated petsc-dev?
