[petsc-dev] zindx undeclared in ml.c

I guess not many people are linking with ML because changeset

    8205eea

introduced the undeclared the variable 'zindx' in

    src/ksp/pc/impls/ml/ml.c

It's on line 1109 in the tip. My compiler bails out when it hits it.
