  Where? I got to that page and it has the big black scrolling of the run 
output at the top it has a trash can and up and down arrows for the top and 
bottom of the file and a button for the raw data. No links or anything to 
artifacts.

   Do you literally need to type 
artifacts/file/arch-linux2-c-opt/lib/petsc/conf/configure.log in the address 
bar in the browser to find them?
