I clicked "Documentation" in the "menu" at the top. There is also a “Documentation” in the right sidebar. The page is also titled “Petsc 315. Documentation” And scroll a little down to “Main topics” and there is another link to Documentation”. I’m assuming the design will go through another iteration.
