Get ready for NumFOCUS' 2023 Project Summit, taking place in person in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on September 11 - 13, 2023!
The Summit aims to bring project representatives together to strengthen the NF project network by providing two full days of presentations, workshops, and group discussions. Your input will help the program to reflect project needs.
Call for Attendees: We'd like to have 1-2 project leads or representatives from each NF-sponsored project attend the Project Summit. We hope to have all projects represented.
Please fill out this form as soon as possible with information on who will be attending from your project. If you're unsure whether someone can attend but feel confident you will have two representatives participating, please let me know this by emailing arl...@numfocus.org. It's important to have a hotel count as soon as possible.
There will be a Sunday evening welcome reception on Sep 10. Sep 13th is a dedicated collaboration day for project(s) to work asynchronously together. This is an optional day for the projects. The venue for the Summit is still being finalized. Stay tuned! Economy Airfare will be reimbursed at an allowance of up to $500 USD/person within Europe or $1,500 USD/person from outside Europe. We believe most tickets will be under the maximum; however, please indicate on the form if you expect to be over. We will also be covering accommodations and are reserving a block of rooms near the venue. Let us know the dates you will need accommodations in the form.
