It seems that starting with petsc-3.15.0 the command petscmpiexec, when invoking Valgrind, now looks for a Valgrind suppression file, but there is no such file (at least in petsc-3.15.0.tar.gz <https://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/petsc/release-snapshots/petsc-3.15.0.tar.gz> from which I compiled the latest version).
