If I understand your questions correctly: This change took place in 2009, the first OpenBSD release with the new syntax was 4.7, so the last release with old syntax was 4.6. You can retrieve old versions from http://ftp.eu.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/ I don't recommend running a 5-year-old version of OpenBSD, numerous bugs have been fixed since then.
