I wanted to pass this along to anyone having problems debugging their
ruleset. It is a great reference and has helped me many times.

Just to make sure, I am not taking create for writing this, blowfish is
a regular at bsdforums.org that does a fantastic job helping us newbies
out there with any problems concerning OpenBSD. Props to him.
