Correct place to post a patch to ftp-proxy

Is this the right list to post a
patch to ftp-proxy?  I asked [EMAIL PROTECTED] if it was the
right place last night but haven't gotten an answer.

P.S. Patch allows explicit assignment of ip address to
be used for proxying, as is needed if the default route
is on a private/unroutable network.
