But I also got a reply that said the em driver is much better in 3.9 regarding 
IRQ handling than in 3.8 stable. So an upgrade could probably make the load 
lower.. (It would be nice to now how much better)

Do you know of any good and "easy to find" card that includes dual or quad gig 
sk chip?
