these spanish hints ?. It seems that only install docs/en_US and
docs/de_DE.
Yes, docs/es_ES is added to Makefile.am.
I just added a last single string to translate ("Role"), and just a
reminder: try executing "pgadmin3 -t" to get a list of all dialogs.
