Well; - That is a separate issue, and needs to be considered independently in a different patch. - The pgAdmin source tree hasn't included $(srcdir) in the module.mk files since July. There's no way this patch would apply now. - That is not the only change in there that's completely unrelated. There's one to do with function parameters for example.
