pgadmin on Ubuntu 23.10 (mantic)

Hi,

How can i install PgAdmin on Ubuntu 23.10 (mantic) or by when would it
be available?
Unfortunately I upgraded my ubuntu to 23.10 (mantic) without realising that
PgAdmin was not available as yet.
