Hi

PostgreSQL 10 has been unsupported for a number of years, and as such we do
not provide compatibility for it in pgAdmin.

I strongly recommend you upgrade to a supported PostgreSQL version as soon
as possible. Any v10 release will have numerous security and other bugs
that have long since been fixed in supported versions.

Regards, Dave.
