Hi
I think you need to create the /var/run/pgpool directory and give write
rights to the user pgpool runs as.
Good luck,

Hello,
I installed pgpool-II . After installation I tried the command pgpool -n
which throws an error
ERROR: pid 439: could not open pid file as /var/run/pgpool/pgpool.pid.
reason: No such file or directory
I think I have installed it properly since I did not get any error
while installing
pgpool-II. What may be the problem ?
Thank you in advance
