But, I did not forgot to do these setup.
I suppose the problem is in my setup of the file system:

/usr/local/pgsql   points to /mnt/pgsql as a link  (ln -s ...)

i.e. there is logical link to another filesystem.
I suppose the "loader" is not able to follow these links.
