You have to add following line in pg_hba.conf:
host theatick 161.58.235.51 255.255.255.255 trust
^1 ^2 ^3 ^4 ^5
1. Keyword 'host'
2. Database name
3. IP addres you access from
4. Mask for this address
5. Keyword 'trust'
All the instruction are in the same file - ~pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf
