I just installed the latest cygwin 1.1.8 on my NT 4.0 and apparently it also installed some/all of 7.1--or am I imagining things? I downloaded to a directory and then installed (default everything) and apparently Postgres came along for the ride! Does anyone know exactly what's happening here (is it complete and 7.1?) and whether I can actually use it?
