Freebie 2.2.6 doesn't seem to have a #define RTLD_GLOBAL in dlfcn.h
(_no_I_won't_upgrade :)
Tried 0 which compile fine but not sure a good guess :)

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
