[ADMIN] How to extend database to another disk space

Hi,

 

I am running:
Intel P4, 512Mb Memory, 60Gb Hard Drive
Windows2000 Pro, Service Pack 2
PostgreSQL 7.3

cygwin dll 1.3.12-2
ipc 1.11-1

 

Can anyone tell me how to extend the database and logs to another disk space in case of a disk filled up?
