Easy:
su - postgres
pg_ctl stop
cd $PGDATA
mkdir /mnt/drive2/pg_xlog
cp -p pg_xlog/* /mnt/drive2/pg_xlog/
mv pg_xlog pg_xlog_old
ln -s /mnt/drive2/pg_xlog pg_xlog
pg_ctl start
