HINT: Consider increasing the configuration parameter "checkpoint_segments".
Is this bad on the hard disk ?. or on the postgresql server?.
Can i change the checkpoints which is currently 10 to someting like 50
during FULL vacumming ?. and reload the postgresql server during the
process?.
