I'm doing the following SQL and i getting error:

SELECT
  flc.cod_fila_negociacao,
  1 AS ordem
FROM cbrflcfila_cobranca flc
WHERE
  flc.num_prioridade = 0 AND
  flc.hor_distribuicao +
    ( SELECT pac.num_tempo_espera_urgente
      FROM cbrpacparametro_cobranca pac
    )
  <= CURRENT_TIME

I need to get a time to do a condition.
I couldn't do the SQL
